Help from Albion: Development blog 12#

Added a green and red material to my presure plate, seeing as i couldent get the platform triggered to move into place for the player to see, i decided to give the presure plate a color indicater so the player would understand that they have pushed it and something will now happen/move into place.

Along with adding more lighting to lighten up the whole game, i finally downloaded a free human character asset with animations for my game, and for the first time managed to figure out how they work, and implamented a forword run and jump animation, this sadly dosent come with left, right and backwords walk animations, which i thought it did, but i atleast got basic movment in that can be seen.

Tomorrow i will double check to see if i forgot some of the animations when importing, but unless i put money into getting a new character pack, i'll have to settle with what i got, this is slitly annoying seeing that without figuring out the code to get the player to move "with" the platforms, it will not be fesable to change the movement controls on the character to make it more realistic to its animations.

Moveing forword i will look at adding ambiant sounds to my levels and getting a basic score system. Unless i can figure out how to get player to move "with" platform on colide, i will be limited to how alaberate my levels will be.
